080 JUTE. This unisex espadrille is part of the Toni Pons x Ohne capsule, designed under the barefoot philosophy, which aims to respect the natural shape of the foot and provide a freer, more natural walking experience.
It is made from cotton, both on the upper and the insole, offering lightness, softness, and breathability for everyday wear. The jute sole is combined with a non-slip rubber base, ensuring stability and comfort when walking. Its sneaker-style design with laces provides a comfortable fit and a casual, versatile look.
The model incorporates key barefoot features: a wide toe box for extra space, a flat sole (zero drop) to keep the foot in a natural position, and a flexible sole that allows the foot to move freely.
These espadrilles are hand-stitched in Spain.
Fits true to size; if you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Designed to make you look good and feel even better

The creation of an espadrille is a modern process with roots from the past that preserves the essence, tradition and craftsmanship of centuries of history.

The secret of jute
With the jute fiber we make bobbins of thread and in some cases we dye them to obtain colored soles. Then the braids are made by means of specialized machines.
Cutting and sewing
The selected materials arrive at our workshops in large pieces that must be cut into the different shapes that will make up the various parts of the espadrille.
Hand sewn
The current espadrille manufacturing process retains many similarities with that of centuries ago. The touch of hand-stitching is the distinguishing and most easily identifiable feature of the Orígens line by Toni Pons.
The materials
Jute fiber, cotton canvas, linen, silk or raffia, among others, are some of the most used materials in our espadrilles. Without forgetting the highest quality leathers, which we also use in our collections.
