Toni Pons was founded in Osor, Girona, in 1946 as a small espadrille workshop. Today, the company produces handcrafted footwear for all seasons and is a global leader in the espadrille sector. Ethical Channel

We have implemented a robust Ethics Channel based on our values and principles. A channel available to all clients, Toni Pons staff, suppliers, and business partners where any possible case or suspicion of non-compliance or irregularity within the organisation can be reported, as described in the Spanish Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory breaches and combating corruption.

 

WHAT INCIDENTS CAN BE REPORTED THROUGH OUR ETHICAL CHANNEL?

Our Ethical Channel is always active, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can use it to report any incidents that you believe may constitute a violation of legal regulations or any current internal policies, such as:

  • Fraud and corruption-related behaviours.
  • Health and safety-related behaviours in the workplace.
  • Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
  • Information security, data protection, and market-related behaviours.
  • Anticompetitive practices.
  • Behaviours against human rights or harm to the environment.
  • Other potential criminal or administrative offences.

While the Ethical Channel is the preferred means of communication for such suspicions, we also inform you of external communication channels to the competent authorities, depending on the type of offence you wish to report.

MAIN FEATURES:

Confidentiality:Confidentiality is crucial to encourage individuals to report concerns. We ensure absolute confidentiality throughout the process and protect the reporting person's identity to the extent permitted by law. The possibility of making an anonymous report is also available.

Impartial investigation process:Once a complaint is filed, our team of experts will thoroughly investigate the matter objectively and diligently, following internal policies and applicable laws. All parties' rights, especially the presumption of innocence, will be respected throughout the process.

Protection against retaliation:We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who report in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who dare to report any irregularities. We will take appropriate disciplinary actions against anyone who retaliates against a reporter.

Resolution and Follow-up:Concluded the investigations, we will take necessary actions to address the identified issue and, whenever possible, implement corrective measures to prevent future violations. Furthermore, we commit to keeping the reporting individual informed about the progress and resolution of their report whenever possible and permitted by law.

Two access options are available: the "Co-resol" app or the web.

  • Via the Co-resol app:

  • Tap the "Make a Click" button and enter the code TONIPONS
  • Select the channel button.
  • Write your message, being as specific as possible. You can attach both images and documents.
  • Identify yourself or select the anonymity option. In either case, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
  • Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a message acknowledging your "click".
  • The communication for tracking the "click" will be done through a secure chat (accessible via the chat button on the app's home screen) until it is closed.

  • Whenever you want to check for new messages in the chat or provide additional information to ensure confidentiality, you should enter this code and password on the homepage under the "Access a previous click" button.
