Statement for our customers and friends

During these confusing days, at Toni Pons we have taken some exceptional measures following the recommendations from the health organizations, as the temporary closure of our stores.

On the other hand, we want to inform you that activity continues in our Online Store, always prioritizing the safety and health of our clients and our team. That is why we would like to inform you about the measures we are applying on online orders, in order to offer you the best service, with all the guarantees.

ABOUT THE PREPARATION OF ORDERS

Our team is provided with all the required personal protection when handling the products. In addition, online store orders are prepared in a separate area from the rest of the company's operations.

Moreover, no physical contact is established between our team and the staff of the courier companies in the pickup of the packages.

ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

The courier companies that work with Toni Pons have taken the necessary steps and procedures, following all the recommendations indicated by the WHO to guarantee the security.

With immediate effect and until further notice, our couriers will no longer ask customers to sign for their deliveries, instead, they will take note of data such as name, surname or ID, to minimize the risks of their employees, customers and communities.

At this moment our couriers are serving customers on a regular basis, keeping the stipulated delivery times as possible. On the other hand, they do not ensure calls to the consignees before the delivery, so it is very important that the delivery address would be totally correct, specifying all the necessary details that make the delivery possible, minimizing any possible error.

WHAT ABOUT ONLINE RETURNS?

To avoid unnecessary movements during this period, we extend the return period for online orders to 30 days from the reopening of our stores.

Although we are not able to attend you in our stores for a few days, we want to stay by your side, that's why we invite you to visit us at our Online Store and our social media, where we are more active than ever, to provide you with some ideas and listen to your suggestions.
